La Fleur’s 2016 Global Forum, to be held June 28-30 in Vancouver, British Columbia, will focus on Retail Transformation for the USD $276 billion global lottery industry. B.C. Lottery Corp. is the sponsor and co-host of the conference.
“The conference format allows only jurisdictions and third party experts as speakers; traditional industry vendors can participate as sponsors and attendees,” said Terri Markle, President and CEO of TLF Publications. “The forum will be held at the downtown Vancouver campus of the University of British Columbia. Speakers include CEOs from lotteries from in Australia, Canada, Europe and the United States. In addition, attendees will hear presentations from prominent companies in technology, digital media, retailing and research. A live-stream webinar will be available on both days of the conference at lafleurs.com.”
In terms of attendees, La Fleur’s 2016 Global Lottery Forum has attracted lottery leaders and major vendor executives from Africa, Australia, North America and Europe. “This event also coincides with senior executive and marketing meetings for Canadian lotteries in Vancouver, all of which are attending the Forum,” said Markle.
In conjunction with the Forum, La Fleur’s Magazine will hold the 2nd Annual La Fleur’s Sustainability Awards (LSAs) to recognize seven global lotteries for their responsible gaming, corporate social responsibility and environmental initiatives.
La Fleur’s Magazine organized its first Canadian conference in Toronto in June 2015 in association with OLG.
